New! The Pepin County platbook has been updated for 2008. We have a new vendor to publish the plat book and have included many enhancements some of which include;

• Illustrating all parcels in the unincorporated areas of Pepin County and making a myriad of updates to reflect the property configuration and ownership effective May 1, 2007.

• Updating the Small Tract, Roads, and Owners Indexes and reformatting these indexes to improve legibility.

• Making many cartographic improvements such as clearer depiction of state owned lands, addition of addresses, latitude and longitude and accurate town roads.
