Finance Department
The Pepin County Finance Department is responsible for the sound financial management for Pepin County and the smooth and efficient operation of Pepin County administrative and financial concerns. The department operates in accordance with state statues and general policy guidelines and under the authority and direction of the Finance Committee as representatives of the County Board.
Department responsibilities include preparing and monitoring the budget as an on-going process, providing internal auditing of the County's records with the Finance Director serving as the County Auditor, Information Technology liaison and providing all financial functions to meet the reporting requirements established by the County, State and Federal Government.
The Finance Director also serves Pepin County as the Administrative Coordinator, Affirmative Action Officer, Safety Coordinator, and ADA Coordinator.
