Farm Service Agency
The Farm Service Agency (FSA) implements agricultural policy, administers credit and loan programs, manages conservation, commodity, disaster and farm marketing programs through a national network of offices. This office of the United States Department of Agriculture is located in the Pepin County Government Center and serves all producers of Pepin County.

Natural Resources Conservation Service
- EQIP (Environmental Quality Incentive Program)
Wisconsin EQIP Continuous Sign-up Practices available through the EQIP program includes: - grassed waterways;
- grade stabilization's (dams);
- access roads;
- manure storage facility;
- animal trails and walkways;
- cover crop; fencing;
- nutrient management;
- prescribed grazing;
- tree/shrub establishment;
- well decommissioning.

- Conservation Stewardship Program (CSP)
is a voluntary conservation program that encourages producers to address resource concerns in a comprehensive manner by: undertaking additional conservation activities; and improving, maintaining and managing existing conservation activities. CSP is a continuous sign-up.
