Personnel Office

The Personnel Office handles personnel and human resource functions of the County; manages and processes employee and County Board Supervisor payrolls; manages employee benefits; coordinates and participates in all collective bargaining/labor negotiations; serves as custodian of all personnel records; oversees employment recruitment for Pepin County departments; maintains the County's Property and Liability Insurance coverage;  processes and manages insurance claims, including worker compensation claims.
