Property Tax Payments

• First Installments are due January 31^st  - To the local Municipal Treasurer

                       To find your local treasurer’s information follow the link under County Government, Municipalities.

• Second Tax Installments are due July 31^st – To the County Treasurer

 

Payments options:
If you require a receipt, please, send a self-addressed stamped envelope; otherwise, receipts will not be mailed.

• In person at the Pepin County Treasurer’s Office Room 114

• A drop box for your convenience is located near the entrance of the Pepin County Government Center in Lot 3 off Oakwood Drive.
• Send payment by mail, payable to:

          Pepin County Treasurer
          P. O. Box 39
          Durand, WI  54736

Note: Payments made by mail must be postmarked no later than July 31^st to avoid delinquency status and/or charges.

• Pay taxes online through Pepin County Public Portal 

 

The following convenience fee are charged by Value Payment Systems for this service:

•   $1.50 for eCheck per transaction

     Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit cards.

•   2.39% for credit card transactions

o   $3.95 for debit card transactions

o   $2.00 minimum charge
