Bridge Replacement

 

The Pepin County Highway Department and the Town of Durand, in conjunction with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation will be replacing the bridge on Dorwin’s Mill Road over Bear Creek.  The bridge is located approximately 0.4 miles north of the intersection with US-10 in the Town of Durand, Pepin County (Section 24, T25N, R13W).

Design and planning work is completed.  Construction is scheduled to begin in May of 2026.  The road will be closed with no marked detour.  Local residential access will be maintained.
