RFP - Feasibility Study for Joint Justice Center/Jail for Pepin & Buffalo Counties

Pepin and Buffalo Counties are exploring the feasibility of creating a Joint Justice Center to include dispatch, jail, law enforcement, and courts from a single building for both counties as compared to stand-alone facilities for each county. We are solicitating proposals from consulting companies that would be able to create a feasibility study to help us weigh our options to best meet the future needs of both counties. Proposals are Due October 22, 2024 at 4pm.
